Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weltrop platform ("Service"), operated at weltrop.com. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Weltrop is a WhatsApp automation platform for hotels. It enables hotels to manage guest communication, web check-ins, food and beverage orders, service requests, and post-stay feedback — all through WhatsApp and a web-based staff dashboard. Weltrop connects to Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API to send and receive messages on behalf of hotels.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by hotel operators and hospitality businesses registered in India. By registering, you represent that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

By interacting with a hotel's WhatsApp number powered by Weltrop (e.g. by responding to a message, placing an order, or making a service request), guests consent to their WhatsApp messages being processed for the purpose of delivering hotel services. Guests may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content forming part of the Weltrop platform is the intellectual property of Weltrop. Hotels are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during their active subscription. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Weltrop provides a technology platform and is not responsible for the quality of services delivered by any hotel using the platform. We are not liable for:

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Weltrop makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage disputes to be resolved amicably by contacting us first at admin@weltrop.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to hotel operators by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
